MA Jewellers – Return & Refund Policy

At MA Jewellers, every piece is made with care and personalized just for you. We value your trust and aim to provide complete satisfaction with every order.

1. Custom Orders

All customized jewellery (e.g. name necklaces, engraved rings, birthstone items) cannot be returned or refunded once the order is confirmed and processing has begun.

However, if the item received is:

  • Incorrect (e.g. wrong name, design, or spelling)

  • Damaged during delivery

We will gladly offer a free replacement or repair. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Clear pictures of the product

  • Your order number

2. Ready-Made Items

If you purchased a non-customized item (if applicable), returns are accepted within 3 days of delivery, provided:

  • The item is unused and in original condition

  • The item has not been worn or damaged

Refunds will be issued after inspection and may take 5–7 business days to process.

3. No Refund Cases

Refunds are not applicable in the following situations:

  • Change of mind after order confirmation

  • Incorrect size, name, or details provided by the customer

  • Delivery delays due to courier service (though we’ll assist wherever possible)
